Gatherings worth making time for.
A Womanhood Co gathering is a chance to step out of the everyday for a couple of hours and spend them on yourself, in good company.
Some are reflective. Some are creative or restorative. Some are simply about having a lovely time together. Each one is built around an idea from wellbeing research, shared in plain language, with plenty of room to talk about it or to sit and listen.
Small groups, usually twelve to twenty women. Two hours. Everything provided.
Come on your own, bring a friend, join the conversation, or simply enjoy being there.
Come for the idea. Stay for the connection.

What we'll explore
We tend to assume flourishing means finding one big purpose. The research points to something gentler. A life that feels good is built from an accumulation of small, meaningful, joyful moments.
We will spend the morning with that idea. What the evidence actually says, what tends to get in the way, and what it might look like across a week of your own life. A short talk, some quiet reflection, and a proper conversation.
What you'll leave with
A fresh way of looking at your days, a few practical ideas, and a clearer sense of what helps you feel well. Mostly, I hope you leave a little lighter, a little more connected, and reminded that there is already plenty there to enjoy.
No preparation needed. Nothing to read beforehand. Just come.
Cost: $75
Supported Place
If cost is what is standing in the way, choose the Supported Place — FREE option from the drop-down below. It is there for exactly that reason.
A little time for you.
Every Womanhood Co gathering is different, but the intention is the same: a little space to pause, connect, reflect and enjoy. Come as you are, take part in your own way, and make the time your own.
FAQs
A few things women often want to know before they book. If there is something I haven’t covered, please just ask.
-
Yes, and most women do. Coming on your own is the most ordinary thing in the world here, and you will not be the only one.
You will be welcomed at the door, shown where to sit, and there is always tea and a bit of chat before we begin. Nobody has to work out where to put themselves.
-
Not at all. You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you like.
There is no going around the circle, no being put on the spot, and no expectation that you will share anything personal. Listening is taking part. Some women talk all morning, others say very little, and both are completely fine.
-
We keep it simple, and the shape is much the same each time.
You arrive to a warm room, a cup of tea and time to settle in. There is a short talk from me on the morning’s idea, drawn from research and explained in plain language. Then some time to reflect on it quietly, on your own or on paper. Then we talk, either as a whole group or in twos, whichever suits the room.
There is usually something to do with your hands, always something good to eat, and time at the end to keep chatting if you would like to.
Around two hours, all up. No slides full of references, no homework, nothing to prepare.
-
Small groups, usually somewhere between twelve and twenty women, of all ages and stages.
What is said in the room stays in the room. Beyond that it is the ordinary kindnesses: listening properly, making space for one another, no advice unless it is asked for, and phones away.
These mornings are meant to feel like a bit of a sanctuary, so photographs happen only occasionally, never at every gathering, and never without telling you first.

I’m Dee. I live in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with my husband, our three children and a cat called Kelly.
My working life has moved through nursing and human resources, and along the way I completed a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology. The common thread has always been people, and what genuinely helps them.
I started Womanhood Co because I wanted somewhere to think, talk and connect with other women, and could not quite find the right thing. So I made it. I translated the research so you don’t have to, and then we talk about it properly, over tea.
I am still a woman working it out as she goes. That is rather the point.

Then take a Supported Place.
A few places at every gathering are kept aside for women who would like to come but cannot manage the cost right now. You will find one on the booking form, underneath the usual ticket. Choose it and book, exactly as anyone else would.
There is no form to fill in, nothing to prove and nobody to ask. If they have all gone, email me and we will sort something out.
Nobody in the room will know. Not from me, and not from anything about the day.

A gathering makes a lovely gift, particularly for the woman who insists she doesn’t need anything.
Give a place to someone you know
You can purchase multiple tickets and give a place to a friend or someone you think would enjoy coming along.Give a place to someone who needs it
If you would like to gift a place to a woman who isn’t in a position to purchase a ticket, get in touch and I’ll make sure it is allocated to someone who would otherwise miss out.Nobody needs to know who has gifted the place or who has received it.

In various locations across Sydney, in small venues chosen for feeling warm and welcoming. Natural light, comfortable seating, and room to sit in a circle.
The venue and full address are always on the gathering page and in your confirmation email, along with a note about parking and the nearest public transport.
-
Just yourself.
Everything else is provided: a comfortable place to sit, a blanket if you would like one, something to write with, refreshments, and anything we are using on the day.
Wear whatever feels comfortable. We often sit on cushions and bolsters on the floor, and there is always proper seating for anyone who would rather. If you like writing in your own notebook, bring it along.
-
Doors open fifteen minutes before we start, and it is lovely if you can come then. It gives you time to get a cup of tea, find your spot and settle before we begin.
If you are running late, please don’t turn around and go home. Just come in quietly and join us.
-
Please tell me, and I will do what I can.
There is a space for this when you book, or you can email me beforehand. Step-free access, a chair rather than floor seating, a dietary requirement, or anything at all that would make the morning easier. It is no trouble to ask, and it helps me get it right.
I will always be straight with you about what a particular venue can and cannot accommodate.
-
Life happens, and I would always rather you told me than quietly didn’t come.
Cancel more than seven days before the gathering and you will receive a full refund. Within seven days, you are welcome to move your place to another gathering within the next six months, or to pass it on to a friend.
If I have to cancel a gathering, you will be offered a full refund or a place at another date, whichever you would prefer.
-
An open morning is free, and anyone is welcome. No booking fee, no commitment and no need to have been to anything before.
