Booking and payment

Your place is confirmed once payment has been received. All prices are in Australian dollars.

If you need to change or cancel

Cancel more than seven days before the gathering and you will receive a full refund. Within seven days, your place can be moved to another gathering within six months, or passed on to a friend, as long as you let me know beforehand.

If we need to cancel

Gatherings run with a minimum number of participants. If a gathering does not go ahead, or if I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or a place at another date, whichever you prefer.

Gift vouchers and gifted places

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, transferable to someone else, usable across any gathering, and not redeemable for cash. Places bought for another woman through the supported-places scheme are not refundable once allocated, and are anonymous in both directions.

Supported places

A number of places at each gathering are set aside for women who would like to come but cannot meet the cost. These can be selected at the time of booking, with no evidence or explanation required, and are allocated in the order they are taken.

Open mornings

Open mornings are free to attend and open to everyone. Places may be limited by the size of the venue, so registration is required.

Giving gatherings

Giving gatherings carry a fee that covers the venue, materials and refreshments. Where a gathering supports a charity, the nature of that support is set out on the gathering page.

What these gatherings are

Womanhood Co gatherings are educational and social. They draw on positive psychology research and coaching practice. They are not therapy, counselling or medical care and are not a substitute for professional advice. If something that comes up in a gathering is something you would like support with, I am very happy to point you in the right direction.

Your privacy

Your details are used to manage your booking and, if you have asked for it, to let you know what is coming up. They are never sold or shared. Womanhood Co handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can read the full privacy policy here.

Photographs

Photographs are taken at some gatherings and never at all of them. You will always be told beforehand, and you can ask not to be photographed at any time.

In the room

Please respect the privacy of other women in the group and keep what is shared in the room confidential.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
